Anthony Adetayo is the Head of Supply Chain Operations for the Americas and Asia Pacific at Organon. With over 30 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals industries, he brings deep expertise in global logistics, supply chain transformation, planning, and fulfillment strategies that enable resilient, efficient, and patient-centric supply chains. Before joining Organon, Anthony held senior leadership roles at Merck and DuPont, where he led global supply chain networks, drove large-scale operational initiatives, and championed Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices. His multidisciplinary background—spanning chemical engineering, business strategy, and international operations—positions him as a strategic and forward-thinking leader in today’s rapidly evolving supply chain landscape. Anthony holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
