Based in London, Ash leads ERP and Digital Innovation at Fusion Consulting AG, a Swiss boutique consultancy specializing in life sciences business and technology transformation. With over 13 years experience in pharmaceutical supply chain logistics and manufacturing across Europe, Asia-Pacific, LATAM, and North America, Ash has developed a deep focus on cold chain logistics and bio-pharma manufacturing. Since late 2023, he’s served as Chief Architect and Delivery Lead for the Fusion Cold Chain Management Solution (CCMS), an industry-driven innovation developed in strategic partnership with SAP and key life science organizations. CCMS is purpose-built to support biopharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing, including global primary distribution, with integration into cold chain 3PL service providers to support the end-to-end supply chain.
