This workshop will explore how aligning logistics strategies with stakeholder goals can pave the way for organizational excellence. Against the backdrop of evolving market dynamics and increasing customer demands, logistics professionals are tasked with orchestrating complex operations while meeting stakeholder expectations. Success hinges on our ability to engage stakeholders effectively, align logistics strategies with their goals, and drive sustainable value across the supply chain.
