This session will guide participants in establishing a Lessons Learned (LL) process, leveraging the tools and insights from Risk Management. Furthermore, attendees will grasp the “5 Ws” (Who, When, Where, What, and Why) and the “How” of integrating lessons learned into corporate culture to enhance efficiency via individual and collective engagement, rooted in the 'Build Back Better' principle. With our experience in logistics, supply chain and project management optimization, we bring different mindsets, tools & techniques to the table. This workshop combines a comprehensive approach to stakeholder management, drawing on concepts from both the corporate and startup environments. By bridging the gap between theory and practice, we explore practical strategies for aligning logistics strategies with stakeholder goals. The same scenario will be used forming two ways of implementing in practice the stakeholder management and engagement concepts.
