Bobby Criss

Bobby is currently the Head of Customer Success at PAXAFE. His mission is to help customers harness the value of real-time transportation visibility to improve operations and reduce product loss. Prior to PAXAFE, Bobby spent 15 years at Johnson & Johnson. His most recent role was leading a global team to shape and deliver the digital strategy for Pharma Supply Chain Logistics & Customer Experience. During his time at J&J, Bobby delivered industry leading track & trace capabilities and a Gartner award winning End to End Supply Chain Control Tower. He also has notable experience as a Product Design Facilitator, Agile Product Coach, Clinical Trial Innovation Lead, Platform Engineer, BI Analyst, and as a Nuclear Security Controller in the US Air Force.
