Caroline joined GSK in 1991 and has held several Supply Chain positions throughout her tenor with the company. Today Caroline and her SC team at GSK are responsible for developing and deploying supply chain solutions for pharma new business and network change across the globe. Addressing the ever changing landscape of regulatory, compliance, security and quality requirements necessary to transport pharmaceutical products safely around the world our patients keeps this role dynamic and challenging! Her previous roles at GSK include: Supply Scheduling, Capacity Planning and Inventory Management at multiple GSK supply sites; In the External Supply division as a US Supply Manager and in the R&D Pilot Plant Pharmacy as a Clinical Manufacturing Supply and Warehouse Manger. Before GSK, Caroline worked for Anheuser-Busch Eagle Snacks division in Procurement, Inventory and Network Supply Planning.
