With our experience in logistics, supply chain and project management optimization, we bring different mindsets, tools & techniques to the table. This workshop combines a comprehensive approach to stakeholder management, drawing on concepts from both the corporate and startup environments. By bridging the gap between theory and practice, we explore practical strategies for aligning logistics strategies with stakeholder goals. The same scenario will be used forming two ways of implementing in practice the stakeholder management and engagement concepts. Through these interactive exercises, we will gain actionable insights into identifying stakeholder priorities, defining clear objectives, and executing tailored logistics plans to drive tangible results.
