With 25 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, Eduardo has worked across the US, Latin America, and sub-Saharan Africa. Eduardo is an Executive Director in AstraZeneca’s Global Supply Chain team, where he currently leads the Digital and Analytics team and the Self Healing Supply Chain program. Over his 17 year tenure in AstraZeneca he has managed the US and Latin America supply chains, as well as the Global Strategy for the Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic franchise. During the COVID-19 pandemic Eduardo was involved in AstraZeneca’s vaccine program, leading the supply chain for the Americas. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, he worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Principal. Eduardo is a Mechanical Engineer by training and holds graduate degrees in Supply Chain and Business Administration.
