Ed Carneglia is the Sales Manager – Americas at Peli BioThermal, where he leads commercial strategy, customer engagement, and regional growth across the Americas. He joined the company in 2022, bringing extensive experience in healthcare logistics and temperature-controlled supply chain solutions. Prior to Peli BioThermal, Ed held key roles at UPS Healthcare, partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations to design and implement scalable logistics programs for clinical and commercial distribution. His expertise spans global operations, cost optimization, and the development of flexible cold chain strategies tailored to complex regulatory and quality requirements. At Peli BioThermal, Ed is focused on delivering high-performance, reusable packaging solutions that help life sciences companies improve efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and enhance supply chain resilience. He played a central role in the launch of the CrēdoGO and Crēdo Vault platforms and is passionate about helping customers adopt innovative systems that drive long-term success.
