Erik Gudas

Erik has over 25 years of experience working in industry and consulting within Life Sciences. He has managed digital transformations across manufacturing, quality, distribution, and planning. Erik's current work involves consulting on best practices to add value to clients by solving pain points through people, process, and technology . Over the last three years, he has been assisting Novartis with their Supply Chain transformation, first through Techops and then through their TRD organization. He has a MBA with a focus in Operations and Technology, while having been certified as a Six-sigma Green Belt . He lives with his family in a small suburban town outside of Boston.
