Gary Neights

Gary Neights is a Senior Director of Product Management at Elemica where he delivers digital supply innovations.   He has conceived and launched numerous value-adding products ranging from customizable solutions to improve refinery operations to SaaS-based SAP order automation that increase sales revenue to inter-enterprise ERP data configuration to simplify SKU and bill of materials (BOM) management for manufacturers.

Gary is widely published including, “When is Cloud Computing the Best Fit”, “Bolstering Your Efforts for Operational Excellence” and “Predicting Behavior in Chemical Supply Chains” where he discusses the application of cloud computing to global supply chains.

Gary has extensive experience consulting on process improvement and automation initiatives. He started his career as an officer in the USMC focused on supply chain activities to keep frontline aircraft mission-capable. After that worked at GP Strategies (formerly RWD Technologies) supporting technology initiatives for companies including Chevron, Coca Cola, Conexant, Dow, Exxon, Ford, IBM, Lyondell, Mobil, P&G, and SAP. Gary holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and an MS in Business Administration from Boston University. He has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma “Black Belt”, and sits on the Management Consulting Advisory Board of Temple University’s Fox Graduate School of Business.
