Gisele Fahmi is the Director, Content & Risk Management Solutions Lead at Pfizer, with over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. She specializes in quality operations, manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, regulatory affairs, and compliance. Gisele has led major digital transformation initiatives aligned with Gen AI strategies, optimizing processes and driving enterprise growth across global teams. Her leadership experience spans top companies such as GSK, Amgen, Baxter, and Schering Plough (Merck), where she delivered solutions including LIMS implementation across 47 plants and the validation of a $200M biotech facility. Gisele holds a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering. She is also a certified leadership coach and multilingual in French, Spanish, Arabic, and English, enabling her to lead effectively across diverse cultures.
