Throughout his career, he has led complex global organizations spanning end-to-end supply strategy, network design, digital transformation, advanced planning, and logistics for some of the world's leading healthcare companies, including Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Shire, Roche. Recognized for building high-performing teams and modernizing global supply networks, Jounal is passionate about developing leaders, driving operational excellence, and enabling resilient, patient-focused supply chains. He holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
