Karen Herberger

Karen Herberger is a Senior Strategic Projects and Business Development Manager in the Global Strategy and Development division of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Karen has been with the Airport for 10 years. In her current role she is responsible for managing large cross functional division projects for Airline Relations, Cargo Business Development and Parking Yield Management including project management and change management. At the division level she is responsible for creating and managing project dashboards, and maintaining division budgets, as well as designing and devel-oping processes and procedures. Prior to joining DFW Ms. Herberger worked at MetalTek International as a Lean/Six Sigma Blackbelt within the continuous improvement department facilitating projects across the foundry focused on process and product improvement, DOE, and Lean Man-ufacturing. Karen has a passion for designing strategic concepts and developing action-able processes that make an impact on the teams she works with on a daily basis. Ms. Herberger is married and lives in McKinney, Texas with her husband Michael and their two children, Jacob and Bailey. Karen holds a degree in Organiza-tional Administration and Leadership from University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.
