Across executive roles at Palantir, Coupa, LLamasoft, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder, Manik has consistently driven breakthrough growth, launched scalable go-to-market strategies, and built high-performing customer success functions. He is equally known for mentoring talent and developing global, cross-functional teams that thrive in both high-growth and established environments. With a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strategic foresight, Manik brings a rare blend of technical acumen and executive presence. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Computer Information Science and Engineering Mechanics under the NASA Microgravity Program scholarship, and a Bachelor’s in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU.
