Mario M. Feliciano is an accomplished multicultural leader with over 15 years of experience in government and corporate environments. At Novartis, his leadership roles have been instrumental in driving strategic IT transformations, managing extensive portfolios, and rolling out advanced digital solutions in over 30 countries resulting in billions in hard and soft benefits. In his stellar military career, his skills in organizational change management was highlighted as he co-founded the Philippine Army Transformation Roadmap to elevate the army to a world-class organization.
