Mark Karhoff is a Supply Chain & DSCSA Consultant working on Pulse by NABP, an inclusive, neutral, accessible, and secure digital platform with a voluntary trading partner directory. Pulse is a key part of a neutral network required to comply with DSCSA interoperable requirements for NABP’s state regulator members and trusted partners across the supply chain. Mark is the founder of Ten Count Consulting, LLC with 30 years of experience in program management, process improvement and supply chain solutions. Ten Count assists clients on ensuring compliance with DSCSA including assessments and mock audits. He has served as a client representative on industry groups such as PDG (Partnership for DSCSA Governance), HDA, NABP, GS1, PDSA and FDA workgroups to establish standards and build alignment to meet the unfolding US Law.
