Mark Oshiro

Mark has worked at the Westin Copley Place hotel in Boston as Senior Purchasing Manager since October 2022. Mark’s career in hospitality began managing restaurants in Lake Tahoe, California. After moving to the East coast, he continued managing restaurants in Newport, Rhode Island and Harvard Square. In 2015, Mark transitioned into the contract food service industry working for Aramark at the Boston University account as a Food Production Manager. The university’s impactful sustainability program inspired him to help lead the Sustainability Committee at the Westin Copley Place.
