Mark Talens is Chief Commercial Officer at PAXAFE, where he leads commercial strategy to accelerate the company's next stage of growth in AI-powered cold chain visibility. He brings more than 25 years of pharmaceutical and supply chain leadership to the role. Prior to PAXAFE, Mark served as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Solutions Officer at ParkourSC, where he drove product innovation and applied AI to reshape supply chain decision-making for pharmaceutical, life sciences, and consumer goods customers. Earlier in his career, he was Associate Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations at Organon, where he was a founding member responsible for leading the company's supply chain separation from Merck. During his tenure at Merck, he held multiple roles at the market, regional, and global levels, including leading Global Supply Chain Operations and the Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence. Mark holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Business Administration from Eindhoven University of Technology, and was named a 2025 Supply Chain "Pros to Know" honoree by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
