Melissa Dubicki

Melissa is Senior Director, Supply Chain for Novo Nordisk Inc. In this role she leads a team that is responsible for the oversight of end to end supply chain operations for the US market including product supply, transportation, distribution, reverse logistics and customer service. In addition, her team is accountable for the management of supply chain compliance and operational projects as well as wholesaler account management ensuring seamless product flow for Novo Nordisk product in the US supply chain. Melissa has over 25 years’ experience with Novo Nordisk with roles in Finance, Order to Cash, Logistics and most recently Project Management implementing various supply chain system initiatives and the US serialization solution.
