Pharmaceutical supply chains are dealing with increasing uncertainty from trade tariffs, regulatory delays, and global disruptions, putting both operational efficiency and patient access to critical medications at risk. Traditional supply chain approaches weren't built for today's volatile environment, making resilience essential for business success. Decision Intelligence addresses this challenge by bringing together advanced mathematical technologies. In this talk, we will:
These examples show how pharmaceutical companies are using these technologies to build supply chains that perform well despite uncertainty, achieving real improvements in both cost efficiency and service reliability while maintaining consistent patient access.
