Navid has been with Novo Nordisk for over 11 years working mainly within supply chain management. His experience has focused on leading, developing, and steering teams in the following areas: - Supply chain network optimization, - Global demand/supply planning (i.e. S&OP and SDComm) - Logistics and distribution. In his current role, he leads the demand planning function responsible for securing the right demand for NAO into the global planning processes S&OP (Sales & operations planning) and S&OE (sales & operations execution) processes. His interest lies in developing people and related solutions while establishing solid processes within a challenging, cross-functional business environment. Navid has a background in Biochemical Engineering from University College London (UCL). He is from Bangladesh and currently resides in Princeton, NJ.
