Olaf Zweig

Olaf Zweig is a Partner in the Life Sciences Strategy practice of EY-Parthenon, based in Berlin. Olaf has over 23 years of experience in the global life sciences and health care industry. Olaf is particularly focused around distribution and supply chain strategies and concepts for Rx products and application devices, especially within the areas of specialty, rare-diseases and orphan drugs (including solids/ liquids, orals/ injectables, ambient/ cold chain and special requirements, like toxic material). In addition, Olaf has developed and implemented services and engagement strategies beyond the product (e.g. patient services and access to medicines programs) and holistic care programs (e.g. integrated care models combined with outcome-based pricing).
