September 29 - October 01, 2025
Sheraton, Boston, MA
In 2003, after a stint in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service and 20 years in the information technology industry, Peter left his leadership role in the IT world to pursue his passion for understanding and unleashing human potential. With a keen interest in what makes people tick, he set out to find ways to apply the new and exciting discoveries in mind-brain science to help people and organization “tick” better.
Through his research became one of the first to recognize the extraordinary connection between the science of formal axiology (“value science”) and neuroscience (mind-brain science). Thus, he became the defacto “inventor” of a new applied science called “neuro-axiology” which Steven R. Covey (of 7 Habits… fame) called “groundbreaking” in his endorsement of Peter’s book, Answering the Central Question (2010).
Since then, he and the Axiogenics team have been continuously researching, developing, and deploying this paradigm-shifting, science-based, “valeugenic” approach to the personal, leadership, talent, and organizational development world.
Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Peter.
