Ricky joined Genentech / Roche this year as a Digital Transformation Lead and is a key contributor to the global transformation of process, technology, culture, and user experience across the supply chain. He has led large digital transformation initiatives for numerous Fortune 500 companies across pharma, financial services, CPG, automotive and education industries.

Ricky is passionate about putting 'digital' into action through cultural, technology, and strategic transformation. He has led the design of new consumer experiences, the integration of digital methodologies across corporate operating models, and the implementation of a number of innovative technologies across the supply chain. He has held leadership roles at various digital and innovation consultancies and has 10 years experience in the space. He is currently focused on exploring and implementing technologies to drive new supply chain models and capabilities specific to personalized healthcare.
