Robert Miller

Robert Miller is a seasoned supply chain executive with over 17 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson, where he has excelled in various leadership roles. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully led system integrations, developed new commercial and supply chain business models, and enhanced both technology and processes to improve supply chain performance and reliability. His extensive experience includes managing strategic portfolios, deploying end-to-end visibility solutions, and implementing AI-driven reliability programs. Robert's strategic initiatives have consistently driven growth, optimized processes, and reduced costs across multiple sectors of the business. Residing in Middletown, New Jersey, Robert holds an MBA from Northeastern University with a focus on International Business & Supply Chain Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marist College. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Recognized for his leadership and contributions, he has received numerous awards, including the J&J Standards of Leadership Award and the APICS Corporate Excellence in Education Award. Outside of his professional endeavors, Robert is dedicated to community service, actively volunteering with the Special Olympics and leading youth initiatives through Johnson & Johnson's WiSTEM program.
