Sing Arumugam

Singaram (Sing) Arumugam is a results-driven Senior Director with 20+ years of experience in healthcare management, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives to improve 3PL health care supply chain implementations with reduce costs. He has a proven track record in strategic planning and execution skills involving rapid onboarding of pharmaceutical clients. He has handled the migration of pharmaceutical and life science clients from legacy platforms, successfully onboarded new new clients in parallel multi-deployment streams, and consistently adhered to stringent timelines, GAMP 5, and other FDA compliances. Sing has previously served as the Senior Director, Food & Beverage 3PL implementation from 2015-2020. In this role, he managed daily operations of clinical departments, implemented process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and reduce costs, and supervised a team of 20+ IT staff members. Sing has been the Senior Director of Healthcare Services at Softeon since 2020. He currently leads a team of 50+ healthcare IT professionals across multiple departments including infrastructure, integration, development, testing, automation, validation, and implementation. In his leadership role, he develops and executes strategic plans, collaborates with executive leadership to help drive growth and improvement initiatives, and oversees financial management. Sing has a Masters in Business Administration from Barathiyar University in India.
