Thembani Togwe

Thembani Togwe is currently a Senior Director in Johnson & Johnson’s Supply Chain Technology group. He has the responsibilities of setting the product strategy, scaling and deploying digital manufacturing products, common data layer for Make, and automation integration, across all the segments. He has worked at other Fortune 50 companies such as Comcast Corporation and IBM Corporation. He has over 10 issued US patents for his ideas on topics spanning inventory management, information security, speech analysis, telephony and wireless communications. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Master of Science degree in Engineering Science both from The Pennsylvania State University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St Mary’s University of Minnesota and earned a PhD in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.
