With over 18 years of experience in Case Management, Trisha has coordinated bone marrow and stem cell transplants across a global network, consistently driving excellence in team productivity, quality assurance, and customer service.
Her leadership experience spans transportation management, program and project management, relationship development, and operational strategy. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Trisha has spearheaded multiple system implementations across large teams, delivering training and change management support to diverse stakeholders.
